Delivery and Shipping Policy

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day, except for remote areas in the UAE, where delivery may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: We charge a flat shipping fee of 15AED for orders with a checkout total below 100 AED. For orders above 100 AED, shipping is free across the UAE.

Eligibility for Return: To return an item, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

• It’s in its original, unused condition.
• It’s returned within 7 days of delivery.
• You provide the original proof of purchase.

Return:

Exchange:

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, like open aroma oil bottles or items damaged due to misuse, aren’t eligible for return. Notify us of any damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt for a return or replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order on the same day it was placed, but only before 3:00 PM. If the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the product is returned to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
